This book discusses the relevance of international reconciliation and its problems. The book consists of two parts of four chapters and three chapters respectively, divided in multiple parts about elements of analysis such as the logical, sociological, historical (including the origins of international reconciliation) elements and elements of municipal law, bilateral conciliation such as the evolution of bilateral conciliation (the American treaties, treatues concluded under the auspices of the League of Nations, and bilateral conciliation in operation), forms of bilateral conciliation (organization, the procedure, and ways and means in seeking agreement), the functions of the commission in bilateral conciliation (the nature of international conciliation, the inquiry function, the function of conciliation), bilateral conciliation (the theoritical competence of conciliation commissions and the practical value of bilateral conciliation), the evolution of consiliation in international organizations (conciliation and the general settlement of disputes and conciliation and the settlement of specific disputes), conciliation and the general settlement of disputes (organization, the procedure, and functions), and conciliation and the settlement of disputes of a specific nature (organization, procedure, and functions), and conclusion about the principle of conciliation and the value of international conciliation.
