Isu utama yang menjadi prioritas penulis adalah belum optimalnya sistem aplikasi ticketing helpdesk pustekinfo karena dengan belum adanya sistem aplikasi helpdesk di lingkungan Pustekinfo Setjen DPR RI saat ini dapat berdampak pada overloadnya pekerjaan tim IT helpdesk yang harus menangani banyaknya permintaan setiap harinya.
