Leader-Member Exchange, Contingent Reward, and Organizational Commitment as Predictors of Counterproductive Work Behavior (Exploring The Differences in Public Versus Private Organization)
Although many researchers have successfully prediceted various types of counterproductive work behavior (CWB) antecedents, very little information is available regarding the possibility of leader-member exchange (LMX), contingent reward and organizational commitment on predicting CWB, despite the fact that those three variables previously showed to be relevant to many organizational outcomes. The aim of this study is to investigate how those three predictors are able to influence CWB, by using social exchange theory as the foundation.
